Our products are NOT testers or samples as is the case with some of our competitors and come fully packaged in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

Customers have the right to return their order within 7 days after receiving their goods. This is subject to the product type:

5a. Any product returned UNOPENED we will happily refund you your money. It is at the discretion of So Special Enterprises to      determine the validity claim of a returned product that has been opened.

We highly recommend that customers use an insured carrier to return the product i.e. Royal Mail and request a proof of postage certificate

We do not refund shipping charges on non-faulty returns after 7 days receipt

All returns will be refunded with 30 days of return, following an inspection of returned items.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the purchase.

Payment is taken at the time of the customer placing the order and NOT the time of dispatch. We will not dispatch the items until payment has been fully authorised and any necessary security checks are carried out.

All prices displayed are in UK pounds sterling and include 20% VAT.

We try to ensure that all of the products we sell are of high quality sourced from reputable and established suppliers. Customers are advised to ensure that the products selected are suitable for their intended use. The customer accepts full responsibility for reading the ingredients and product use guides of all products provided prior to any use. Any effects as a result of misuse are of the full responsibility of the customer. The customer accepts full responsibility for any reactions to any of the products used. We advise all customers to ensure that the product they have purchased is suitable for any use intended.

Cancellations can only be made providing the product has not been dispatched; otherwise it will be classed as an unopened return.

Refunds will only be made when a return item has been received and inspected by So Special Enterprises.

We DO NOT supply any of your details to a third party.

So Special Enterprises reserves the right to dispatch certain orders to the invoice address only. Customers will be notified accordingly if this is the case.

All Orders maybe subject to security checks including confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and address details. So Special Enterprises reserve the right to cancel any orders if such information cannot be supplied

A sale agreement only exists when you receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped.
