How do I return products?

To return products, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and sealed. We advise that the customer uses a recognised reputable delivery service to return their items. Also please include the purchase details within the return such as order reference and reason for return.

Please note that we will not accept returns in person, and all refunds will be made on inspection of retuned item.

We do not refund shipping charges on non-faulty returns. If an item is damaged upon arrival or does not meet the anticipated standard we will be happy to refund the purchase within a 14 day period. So Special Enterprises will have to evaluate each return claim on its merit.
