We appreciate that on some occasions items received might not be as expected or that customers may change their mind, therefore customers have the right to return any unopened and unused items and have a full refund including P&P within 7 days.

We will be happy to authorise exchanges but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges as a result.

 It is at the discression of So Special to refund any unopened and unused orders returned after the 7 days. We will only refund on items that are in a resaleable condition.

If you wish to return products, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and sealed. We advise that the customer uses Royal Mail to return their items and obtains a proof of postage certificate as confirmation it has been sent. Also please include the purchase details within the return such as order reference and reason for return.

Please note that we will not accept returns in person, and all refunds will be made on inspection of retuned item.

We do not refund shipping charges on non-faulty items returned after 7 days. If an item is damaged upon arrival or does not meet the anticipated standard we will be happy to refund the purchase within a 7 day period or have a replacement sent back out. So Special Enterprises will have to evaluate each return claim on its merit.
