New Site Launch

Finally we have launched our long awaited website on July 28th 2011. Our new website was launched with some new ambitions in mind, with a particular focus on correcting some of the things we did less well on our previous website.

Being a very small business we have struggled at times particularly with delayed stock orders and customer service. We have very limited resources so sometimes the smallest problems have had big affects, which understandably had not been well received by some. We are looking to put this right with the launch of new website and listening to direct feedback on a daily basis from this day forth. We value all our customers and want you to help us improve.

With the investment in our new website we have many additional features to the store front to help customers view products and track orders more efficiently. Not only that, but we have a whole new administration system which should allow us to monitor orders and stock levels much better than before. We hope this will provide us with more effective tools to improve deliveries and stock management. And thats not all. We now have a new customer service ticket system which will help us support customers on a one to one basis. This will help us support you better and increase our level of service. We monitor this on a daily basis and will be using the feedback you provide to improve where we can.
