We offer free P&P on many of our products, any products which we do charge P&P on is stated next to the product on the site. For more information on this please see the section 'Delivery' on our site.
All major credit cards and debits card are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta.
Payment is received by using the online secure payment method when you checkout. Our secure payment process uses Paypal. We Do Not store your payment details.
Payment is taken at the time of order and NOT the moment of dispatch. Our software doesn't allow for us to store payment details and charge at the time of dispatch. This has the added security benefit for customers as it means that we do not store your card details and are fully PCI Compliant. If we charged at the time of dispatch that would mean that we had to store your details and we would prefer not to do that for security reasons.
Our average delivery time is 2-3 days, but we ask that you allow 14 days to account for any unexpected problems.
If you have not recevied your items, we do advise you firstly check in the 'My Account' section to ensure the items have not already been dispatched and there hasn't been an unexpected delivery issue.
If your items have not been dispatched, we sincerely appologise and we will look resolve this issue as a priority. We are an honest, small family business, established since 2005. We value your custom immensly, your custom is very important to us. However being a small business we have very limited resources and limited stock levels. Sometimes orders can be delayed for many reasons including delayed stock from suppliers, seasonal purchasing changes, unexpected spikes in sales due to unexpected adverts in the media, dispatch problems etc.
We can assure you, that if your order has not been received and you have received email confirmation, that we are doing our utmost to get your items to you asap. The orders are dispatched on a first come first serve basis so if you have waited longer than expected, it's highly likely that you are being dealt with as a priority. However if you are concerned, please contact us by filling in the contact form which will generate a prioritised support ticket in order for us to provide you with reassurance. We want you to receive your items as soon as possible to retain your future custom. Your are very important to us!
Yes all prices are shown inclusive of current UK VAT at 20%
Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post . Standard delivery time to the UK is 2 to 3 working days but we ask you to allow up to 14 days. We will contact you if there are longer than expected delays with orders.
You can cancel your order at any point by logging into your account. If the order has already been dispatched then you will need to return it within 7 days in order to receive a full refund, please see our Returns section for more information.
