So Special send all orders via Royal Mail First Class Post. We offer FREE delivery on the majority of the products we sell. For those items that we do charge Postage and Packaging this is clearly stated next to the product price. The P&P is fixed and ranges between £1 and £2.50 when shipping within the UK.

Our average delivery time is 2-3 days, but we ask that you allow 14 days before contacting us as certain destinations and seasonal demands could affect delivery times. We aim to inform you if there are expected delays so that you you have the option to change or cancel your order if you are not wanting to wait.

What if we are out of stock

If part of your order is out of stock we will try to deliver the items as they become available. This will not increase the postage price that the consumer has already paid. Therefore the postage price paid at the time of the order will be the total price of postage regardless of stock availability.

What happens if I miss the delivery

It is likely that any order will be too big to fit through a letterbox, therefore if nobody is in to accept the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card to inform you that a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel has been taken back to the local Royal mail delivery office where it will be awaiting collection.

What happens if an item is lost in transit

In the rare event that an item becomes 'lost in the post', we will need to investigate this with Royal Mail. We do obtain a proof of postage certificate from Royal mail for every parcel sent and so can make a claim.

As part of a claim Royal Mail will need to contact the intended recipient so that they can confirm the parcel was never received. Once a claim has been processed we can then resolve the situation by either resending the order or processing a full refund.
