Will I receive my order in time for Christmas


We strongly advise that all Christmas orders are place by the 19th of December to reduce the chance of disappointment from seasonal delivery delay's!

Please note all orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, but third part courier services to and from So Special can experience seasonal delays which can affect delivery times.

How long will Delivery Take


Unlike some of our competitors, we charge a small fee for delivery items based upon the total weight of the whole order. The postage rates range from a minimum charge of £1.00 to a maximum price of £2.99. All orders over £20.00 will have a maximum delivery charge of £2.99 and will be sent first class recorded delivery by our selected courier service. To keep our prices low and competitive So Special Enterprises actually make a loss on delivery charges. Also as we aim to offer a top quality delivery service, all orders over £20.00 placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday are 100% guaranteed next day delivery providing the item is in stock. Our average delivery time from point of order is 1-3 working days, but please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order as certain destinations or seasonal demands could affect delivery times.

What if we are out of stock


If part of your order is out of stock we will try to deliver the items as they become available. This will not increase the postage price that the consumer has already paid. Therefore the postage price paid at the time of the order will be the total price of postage regardless of stock availability.


What happens if I miss the delivery


If you miss a courier delivery it would be possible for you to contact the courier for you to re-arrange delivery. The details of which can be found on the card that the courier would have left on the first delivery attempt.


What happens if an item is lost in transit

In the rare event that an item can become 'lost in the post', we will need to investigate this with the courier. We aim to resolve these issues as quick as possible to maximise our service. If the courier confirms that the items have not been delivered, and you have waited up to 14 days we will re-send the item no questions asked. However in the event that the courier proves an item has been delivered and receipt confirmed, we will investigate the case with the courier during which period we would appreciate your patience. We aim to resolve all such issues in a timely manner.
