TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All stock and prices displayed are subject to availability.

2. All stock is 100% genuine originals!

3. Our products are NOT testers or samples as is the case with some of our competitors and come fully packaged in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

4. Customers have the right to return their order within 14 working days after receiving their goods. This is subject to the product type:

4a. Any product returned UNOPENED we will happily refund you your money. It is at the discretion of So Special Enterprises to determine the validity claim of a returned product that has been opened.

5. We highly recommend that customers use an insured carrier to return the product i.e. Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

6. We do not refund shipping charges on non-faulty returns.

7. All returns will be refunded with 14 working days of return receipt following an inspection of returned items.

8. Refunds will be made using the same medium as used for the purchase.

9. We will not dispatch the items until payment has been authorised.

10. All prices displayed are in UK pounds sterling and include 17.5% VAT.

11. All images are used for illustration purposes only, please read carefully the precise descriptions provided.

12. All returns must be accompanied by an explanation/reason for return.

13. We try to ensure that all of the products we sell are of high quality sourced from reputable and established suppliers. Customers are advised to ensure that the products selected are suitable for their intended use. If you require any additional technical information on any of our products we will try to provide such information wherever possible.

14. The customer accepts full responsibility for reading the ingredients and product use guides of all products provided prior to any use. Any effects as a result of misuse are of the full responsibility of the consumer. The customer accepts full responsibility for any reactions to any of the products used. We advise all customers to ensure that the product they have purchased is suitable for any use intended.

15. Cancellations can only be made providing the product has not been dispatched; otherwise it will be classed as an unopened return which will result in the customer paying the full carriage fee.

16. Terms and conditions may differ for online purchases.

17. Refunds will only be made when a return item has been received and inspected by So Special Enterprises.

18. We DO NOT supply any of your details to a third party.

19. So Special Enterprises reserves the right to dispatch certain orders to the invoice address only. Customers will be notified accordingly if this is the case.

20. All Orders maybe subject to security checks including confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and address details. So Special Enterprises reserve the right to cancel any orders if such information cannot be supplied

22. You have read the terms of delivery service available on our website and do not hold So Special Enterprises responsible, for delays is delivery time periods or condition to which could be the fault of a third party delivery service.
