How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel any order you place with us prior dispatch. Our system enables you to cancel individual items within an order, which means you don't have to cancel the whole order if you do not wish to do so. Upon cancelling an order we will receive a request of cancellation which usually takes 3-5 days to process. You shall be notified via e-mail when the cancellation has been refunded.

To cancel an item:

• Login to the website
• Select "Order History" in the top right of the screen
• If the item has not been dispatched you can simply click "Cancel Item"

Note: Items that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled via this method. See Returns Policy.
